Annotation: TRUST YOURSELF AND MIRACLES WILL BEGIN TO HAPPEN

Travelers have an open soul and mind. Experiences shape their personality and fails strengthen their determination to reach their goal. Along the way they absorb inspiration and knowledge, which in turn will influence their future attitude. The protagonists of this discussion, Monika Benešová and David Valíček, are travelers in the true sense of the word, but their goals are different. They both believe in themselves and in their inner compass, which if we follow, we cannot get lost.

Monica had serious health problems that limited her and had a bad impact on her soul. So she decided to solve the situation quite unconventionally: she set out on a challenging journey to the ridges of American mountains, despite health restrictions. Her aim was to find answers. After a demanding 5-month journey, she reached her destination. Did she find what she was looking for along the way? Monika is still working on this intense experience and is happy to share her experience with you.

David is a chef with experience he gained around the world. He cooked in top kitchens in London, New York, Moscow and Bermuda. He worked with Michelin chefs, and was the only Czech cook at the world’s most luxurious hotel, Burj Al Arab in Dubai. During his travels he had not only an open mind, but also opened his taste buds; thanks to this he is now transferring his experience to cooking courses. His courses are an extraordinary experience thanks to the unusual environment. We will ask David what accomplishments accompany his career, what advice he has received during his career, and what he has decided not to obey.
