Veronika is experienced in leadership, in stores and marketing. At the moment she is CEO for Xerox Czech Republic, Slovak Republic and Hungary, and leads three different markets. She has been involved with ICT for almost 20 years and she has been actively involved in leadership and mentoring for several years. She always put the customer first and she doesn’t forget how important it is to stay involved in reality no matter your position. She supports diversity the most in her management team. She advises women on her management team to not be afraid, because their own fear is their biggest enemy, and to always keep their femininity.

She started as a sales representative at Eurotel, where she gained invaluable experience on the front line. She used this experience in each position she held. As the CEO of SGS company, she had to lead 80 members, her team consisting mainly of technicians and programmers. At Telefónica Czech Republic, she was a commercial manager and had to take care of the market segment of small and medium-sized enterprise.
