Martina began working with the Zátiší Group at the end of 2017 – a gastronomic group that brings together four of Prague’s top restaurants, the Europe-based Zátiší Catering division, the innovative Fresh & Tasty company and its school catering division. In January 2018 Martina became the CEO of the Zátiší Group.

Martina believes that what one has learned should be passed on. Martina is therefore an ambassador of Prague’s Minerva 21 Club and a long-time Odyssey mentor. “I believe that part of the leaders’ mission is to share their achievements and experiences, and to help others in their growth. In the beginning of my career I had both formal and informal mentors, who gave me the courage and helped me overcome obstacles. As a woman, and above all, as the mother of a small son, Viktor, I know how challenging it is to combine personal and work life and to succeed. I am therefore glad that I can help other women in the same way, and that I can contribute to their personal success.”
