ORDINARY COURAGE AND RIGHT RELATIONSHIPS
Courage is an aspirational concept. We all want more of it in our lives. Yet, how do we become more courageous if we have aspects in our lives that are ultimately habitual or plain scary? How do we become unstuck by our fears?
My subject is ordinary courage. I work with people on identifying, where applying more courage in their daily lives will make their life more wholehearted and meaningful. To support this work, I use the certified research on courage from Dr. Brene Brown, work of Robert E. Stauber, and concepts on meaningful life by Jordan Peterson.
Relationships are always an area where we people are interested in improving. It is because there is no such a thing as a perfect relationship. And because we often believe that right relationships just happen. My work is to provide tools and instil awareness that we can build right relationships with certain level of intention rather than watch them unfold organically. We have the power, and the ability, to make our relationships flourish. I am certified in relationship systems work and use concepts of systemic science and quantum physics as well as some tao and polarity work to support people I work with.
