She studied teaching at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport and English at the Philosophical Faculty of Charles University. Since 1993 she has worked in sales and marketing in several international companies. After the birth of her children, she studied interior design and founded her own company. She devoted herself to designing and implementing interiors. In 2014 she opened the Designum Gallery and since 2016 she has been working at the Moser Glassworks Company.
The glassworks is a predominantly male environment, but it produces fragile pieces of work that are mainly appreciated by women. Therefore, a woman’s view is very important and bringing more women into management and decision making is essential for the development of the company. Kateřina is trying to start quality development programs for women within the company.
Kateřina lives in Prague and partly in Costa Rica, where she and her husband own a coffee plantation. He is actively involved in sports and a healthy lifestyle. The body and the mind are firmly connected, and if one deteriorates the other deteriorate along with it. The flexibility of the body is associated with flexibility in thinking, the persistence in sport is transferred to the ability to follow work tasks. The strength of muscles, joints and bones provides the basics for stability and security. Upright posture support self-confidence and strong lungs increase stress resistance. Problems are easier to breathe out. You just need to listen to your body and take care of it.

Success is not the key to satisfaction. Satisfaction is the key to success. If you like what you do, you’ll be successful.”
