Jitka Schmiedová is a proven HR manager, with HR management experience since 1991. She worked for a number of renowned international companies in this field – besides Vodafone CZ and Česká spořitelna (Erste Group), also Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Czech ltd. or Norwegian Norsk Hydro company. During her work at Česká spořitelna she successfully transformed human resources into an innovative model of strategic HR. Subsequently, she accepted the offer to work for Vodafone Czech Republic as Vice President for HR, Corporate Communications and Asset Management. She then worked as the director of Human Resources at Česká spořitelna. Since July 2017, she has been working as HR Director at NN Investment Partners in the Hague.
