Why is this a field that has been with us for a long time (even though it may seem like a new concept), and most importantly, why is it here to stay? How can we navigate it and leverage it for personal benefit as well as for the benefit of the company? What are the key elements of ESG, and what direction is Europe heading towards?

Sandra Feltham is a leading expert in the field of ESG and corporate sustainability based in the Czech Republic. She serves as the founder and director of Flagship Impact, a full-service sustainability agency operating in Central and Eastern Europe. Flagship has been in the market for over 10 years and has a portfolio of more than 30 long-term clients from various sectors. In addition to leading Flagship, she holds the position of president at the Business Leaders Forum, the oldest Czech association uniting responsible leaders from the corporate sector.

Is AI male or female? In my opinion, AI does not yet have a gender unless we specifically ask for it. I perceive it as a neutral technology that adapts to the user, regardless of gender.

What is AI according to AI? AI is a tool that processes and analyzes information to support decision-making and problem-solving. It learns from experience and adjusts to new information to become increasingly useful. At least, that is the answer I received from it 🙂

What questions do you most often ask AI? I use AI quite a bit in my work, and it makes everything much easier for me. I utilize it for both strategic business advice as well as for specific support in the areas of HR and marketing, and of course for general research and inspiration. It improves every month, and I can’t imagine what it will be like in five years.
