Michaela Duffková (32) is the author of the books Diary of an Alcoholic, Diary of a Teetotaler, and Diary of a Non-Drinker. Her first book was adapted into a film of the same name, which was watched by more than 500,000 viewers in cinemas during the summer of 2024. All of her books are personal accounts from Michaela’s life. Michaela founded and runs the private addiction treatment center Alkos, which focuses on helping people with addictions, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.
