Bio

Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of Hornbach responsible for the companies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. She obtained her economic education at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague. She has been with Hornbach since 2003.

She relies on her team and believes that her team knows they can count on her. She is capable and willing to take responsibility for her decisions and their consequences. She enjoys seeking out and implementing innovations and participating in their development.

Lada is a family-oriented person, and she and her husband are raising their daughter and son (12 and 9 years old). In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, spending time with friends, reading books, and watching movies in various genres.
