Theme: “CONNECT THE UNCONNECTABLE”

A connector of the unconnectable, who works with her “gifts” in a very unconventional way. She transformed her hyperactivity (ADHD) into a multimillion-dollar business. It was precisely because she could connect people from different fields and combine knowledge from diverse worlds. As a student of the Faculty of Philosophy, she ventured into the field of engineering, in which she had no prior experience.

Despite receiving the Entrepreneur of the Year award, she doesn’t see herself as a manager. She acts intuitively, constantly coming up with new ideas, and gives people more freedom than usual, partly because she is a long-time advocate for democracy and freedom. She combines courage and fragility and holds within her a strong personal and family story.

Break clichés, shatter myths, destroy stereotypes. Cross boundaries and discover where your limit lies. Do everything that brings you joy. The path will always open before you, and life will show you the next direction.

Even though she doesn’t have a managerial or economic education, she successfully built the Czech engineering holding company Awec Group and ranked among the top 150 most influential women in the Czech Republic. Besides engineering, she is involved in other fields. In the portfolio of companies she helped build, you would find a kindergarten and a student business called Nálevna.

For her, freedom and democracy are absolute values, for which she is willing to fight in the way she knows best. She was part of the Milion Chvilek project and a co-founder of Společně Brno.

But her story isn’t just about business. She is an avid traveler, raises an eight-year-old daughter, can down a beer in one go, or dance until the early morning hours. She constantly combines different worlds and integrates them into her projects, giving them soul and a large part of herself. She can be a forceful crisis manager and workaholic, as well as a nomad in the middle of Africa without internet access.

She passionately supports charity, democracy, and absolute freedom.

Is AI male or female?

I haven’t asked myself this question until today, but when I think about it, it probably depends on the type of question or the tool I’m using at the moment. In any case, I more often project a female voice onto it. I am surrounded by men at work, so I probably subconsciously balance that out.

What is AI according to AI?

AI according to AI is… an intelligent system that helps solve tasks, provides information, and for me, the most important point… makes life easier. 😊

What questions do you most often ask AI?

In a professional setting, I use AI to supplement technical and technological information for various projects and presentations. In my personal life, I most often ask about travel-related topics.
