THEME: FEARBREAKER “OVERCOMING THE FEAR OF TAKING THE FIRST STEP”

Whether it’s a job change, launching a startup, founding a nonprofit, or personal goals like finding a partner, learning a new skill, or achieving better balance, the fear of taking the first step can hold you back. In this workshop, I’ll guide you through the process of overcoming this fear and help you take that first step towards realizing your potential.

At the age of 17, David founded his software design and engineering company STRV. The company expanded internationally as an exceptional Czech firm and eventually reached the coveted Silicon Valley in the USA, growing to 200 employees. David spent three years in the nonprofit sector, dedicating his efforts to meaningful social change.

The burnout he experienced while serving as CEO taught him that sometimes you need to slow down and reset in order to speed up. This realization led him to found MINDZERO at the end of 2021, with the vision of making mindfulness a more fun and accessible practice. His new mission is to build a community of one million members by 2030, aiming to have the greatest possible impact on 21st-century well-being, based on science and community.

What is AI according to AI?
AI, or artificial intelligence, is the simulation of human intelligence in machines programmed to think, learn, and solve problems. AI systems can perform tasks that typically require human intelligence, such as visual perception, speech recognition, decision-making, and language translation. AI technologies are used in various applications, including virtual assistants, autonomous vehicles, and recommendation systems on platforms like Netflix and Amazon. AI can be divided into narrow AI (specific tasks) and general AI (broad, human-like capabilities).

What questions do you most often ask AI?
Most often, I ask AI to correct my English. While I speak conversationally at a good level, my written version is not always grammatically perfect.
