Educational Modules for Companies in the Framework of Diversity and Inclusion
We work with a team of psychologists, doctors, and coaches. Therefore, you have the option to choose topics that often have both psychological and holistic overlaps. I have established dozens of mentoring, coaching, and development programs for women. As the Director of the British Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic, I founded the cross-company mentoring program Equilibrium for talented women in the Czech Republic in 2009, and later, the successful businesswomen’s festival VŠEM ŽENÁM, which includes mentoring. I am a former president of the Business Leaders Forum, founded in the Czech Republic by Prince Charles of Wales, where I led the LEAN IN mentoring-coaching programs for women on boards, B-1, and B-2, according to Stanford University methodology. In 2012, I was appointed a member of the Committee for Balanced Representation of Women and Men in Politics and Decision-Making Positions. As a leading expert in diversity and flexibility, I co-founded the Profairplay project for Frekvence 1 and Evropa 2 radio stations. I co-launched dozens of programs to support women in leadership, help women return from maternity leave, set up flexible working arrangements, work-life balance, and more. I lead long-term programs to support women at Česká spořitelna, ČEZ, GSK, Allianz, KB, DB Schenker, and others.
